We prepare quantity surveying reports for builders working anywhere in the UK — from the same drawings you'd send to anyone else, with no travel fees and the same fixed pricing (from £200, see our pricing page) wherever the project is.

How we work nationwide

Every report is prepared remotely from the drawings and specifications you send us. For a cost plan, takeoff, or bill of quantities, no site visit is needed — which means there's no travel charge, no scheduling delay around your project, and the same price whether you're in central London, rural Cornwall, or the Scottish Highlands.

The process is straightforward: send your drawings to estimates@harperqs.com or use our contact form. A surveyor with more than 10 years of UK construction experience prepares the report — typically in 2–5 working days. You review it before paying. If you're happy, we invoice at the fixed price for your project type (see pricing). If not, there's no charge.

Who we work with

Most of our work is for small and mid-sized builders pricing renovations, extensions, single-build housing, and small commercial projects. For larger work (above roughly £2m) or specialist sectors (healthcare, education, industrial fit-out), email first to confirm scope before sending drawings — we'll let you know if it's something we can help with.
